Universal Warehouse Co. (UWC) is an import-export logistics solution that prides itself on a reputation of trust and service since the company's inception in 1986. Operating in Long Beach, CA, Universal is a single-source provider of value added warehousing, transloading and distribution at the primary West Coast gateways. We are a distribution resource for expediting import, export and domestic-sourced freight for our value-conscious customers, offering public and contract storage terms, U.S. Customs Bonded Warehousing/CFS and transportation.
Our Southern California operation is located alongside the Long Beach Freeway, mid-way between the ports and the Union Pacific and Santa Fe rail ramps in Vernon. The location has fencing, monitored alarm systems, video surveillance and round the clock security. We are C-TPAT compliant and U.S. Customs and Border Protection approved.
